Delivery Policies

Order Cutoff Times

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be dispatched the next business day. Friday orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship the following Monday.

Packaging Standards

All golf clubs, bags, and accessories are carefully packaged to prevent transit damage. Fragile items receive additional protective wrapping at no extra charge.

Signature Required

Orders over €200 require a signature upon delivery. A notification will be sent before the courier arrives. If unavailable, a redelivery will be arranged at no extra cost.

If you're not home when the courier arrives, they will leave a calling card with instructions to rebook. Redelivery is free of charge and can be arranged for the next available business day. You can also redirect to a safe location or neighbour.
Yes, we deliver to all parts of Northern Ireland. Delivery times are 3–5 business days and a flat rate of €14.99 applies. Orders over €175 qualify for free delivery to Northern Ireland addresses.
All shipments are fully insured up to the value of your order. In the rare event of damage or loss during transit, McGuirks Golf will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Click & Collect orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically ready for collection from our Dublin store on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are ready the following business morning. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.
Currently, each order must be tracked individually using its unique order number. If you have multiple active orders, simply run a separate tracking search for each one. We are working on a unified tracking dashboard for registered account holders.
